1. Returns Eligibility
You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- It must be in its original packaging.
- Custom-made, perishable, or hygiene-sensitive items may not be returnable. Any such exclusions will be clearly noted on the product page.
2. How to Start a Return
Email us at support@mwtech.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide full return instructions and the return address.
3. Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you by email.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
- Please allow up to 10 working days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
4. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or sent in error.
- We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
5. International Returns
- Please mark the package as "Returned Goods" to avoid import charges.
- MWTECH is not liable for any customs fees on return shipments.
6. Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item is faulty or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of receiving it. We’ll work quickly to offer a replacement, repair, or full refund.
